I cannot begin to express how amazing Cav’t is. The workmanship and pride he takes in his work was beyond my expectation. From the quote to payment he was in constant communication with me before and during the entire process. Cav’t had the upmost respect for our house and us while he was here. Long, hot workdays in the extreme heat painting the outside of our house and he was ALWAYS upbeat and full of energy. As my husband said, we have found our forever painter. Cav't and his team went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations (from the very first conversation via phone to the final walk through). I was in the process of getting ready to sell my house and the walls needed a lot of TLC. They took the time to prep the walls and were able to completely transform my house for an extremely affordable price (which ended up adding a lot of value). Cav’t and his team did a great job painting the entire 2000 sqft of our home. They were very professional, clean, neat and did a wonderful job painting our ceilings, walls and trim-surfaces. They also repaired the drywall surface imperfections to improve the appearance and looks of a wall space. Cav’t and his team completely changed the look of our house and we couldn’t be happier. It is very evident that he is extremely passionate about his company and painting as a whole. He spent over an hour+ in our home talking options, pointing out things we never saw, and giving us paint color ideas. They went so far above our expectations by not only repainting our entire home in a timely manner but also painted our fireplace and front door just to go that extra mile for free. Although he's not able to take on my particular project at this time, he did volunteer a range of advice and tips that have, frankly, made me a far more educated painting consumer. The gentleman is clearly busy, but he still took time out---not once but twice---to describe what a truly professional house-painting entails and what top-notch results should look like. Can't is a true artist and paint perfectionist! He understands the science of paint and went to great detail to explain what was going to be the best product to use. He and his crew were very conscientious and meticulous about doing a clean and flawless application. I was extremely happy that he was able to fit us into the schedule so quickly and he finished in a timely manner. He's an extremely hard worker and takes great pride in what he does. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be calling him again in the future!

Just moved to Mount Pleasant and we were in transition between new house and our old house. We needed to have the interior of our house re-painted. Previous owners did a horrible job painting and it needed some help. Through word of mouth got in touch with Palmetto Quality Painting Service and met with the owner, Cavt and right away we were impressed. Very friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly he understood our transition and limited budget. They got right on it, and within 3 days, we had a beautiful, quality freshly painted house. Best way to describe it in the simplest terms "outstanding".

Cavt Polite and his crew at Palmetto Quality Painting are the best! We bought a house in MtP sight unseen and Cavt worked with us long distance to estimate and coordinate the painting to start the day after closing, so helpful to get a head start on everything before we came to town. He was there every day on time, did great work and was part of the family by the time the job was done (and finished two days early!). My husband was a painting contractor for 30 years so we know good work when we see it. Wish I could give more than five stars, do not hesitate to call him for all your painting needs.

I needed good , quality, reasonably priced painting and I needed it quick...after reading other reviews I called Mr Polite and he was able to come out right away to give an estimate. His pricing was fair and comparable or lower than other local painters. He showed me pictures of some projects he had just completed and I was very impressed. The owner stayed in communication with me the whole time and was also so nice and courteous and showed that appreciated his clients business.So not only was he able to get the project completed quickly and in my time frame for my budgeted price but the work was excellent! My interior looks great! We did the light grey (Sherwin Williams is his supplier) with white trim and it looks awesome!

UPDATE: I enjoyed their services so much that I hired them a second time to come paint my ceiling a year later! Cav't and his team did such an amazing job! He was able to come paint my apartment and cabinets on very short notice and he got it done in the timeline he promised. I learned how to paint from an older painter who no longer did high work. I ran my own painting company for a few years. Now I don’t do high work and so I hired Cav’t. Mr Polite is the best painter I have ever met. He is professional, efficient, and work is excellent. Prices are reasonable. Simply put, if you hire another painter than Cav’t then you hired the wrong painter.

I've only had Mr. Polite give us an estimate so far. He was very professional and seems to be an all around great person. I accepted his estimate and am very excited to have him start less than one week from the day of the estimate. I'll post back after work has been completed but so as of now A+. We used Cav't and his team to paint our entire house, including our closets, before we put our home on the market. Cav't did an incredible job and it made all of the difference. Cav't fixed the imperfections of our walls and ceilings before painting. His eye to detail is incredible. We had three offers on our house six hours after our house went on the market. Cav't Polite and his team are the BEST. Hands down! He was able to get me an estimate, and scheduled, and started working all within a week.. less than that. Finished my 1400sq house within 3 days and all at a very reasonable price. The contractors of my new built home skipped out on a lot of drywall issues that Cav't fixed for free, as well as painting some of my trim for free as well to blend the look(I did not request trim paint). He cares about the job, the customer, the paint quality he uses and recommends and explains very thoroughly. I am blown away by his professionalism, energy, and talent him and his team brought forth to my home and project. I recently had the exterior of my home painted by Palmetto Quality Painting Service. I was really nervous about it as I was changing from a dark color to white. I chose this company because of all the great reviews. Cav’t and his team lived up to their reputation. They did an amazing job and finished really quickly...especially considering the recent record breaking temperatures and rainfall. The attention to detail and quality really stand out. Cav’t even took time out of his weekend to come out to my house and paint a “test sample” before the job began. He also fixed an area on one of my columns that was damaged years ago during a storm. His communication is the best I’ve ever experienced. My house looks amazing and I’d give these guys a call anytime for future projects!

Finding a reliable quality painter is a difficult job in itself! But I have good news because I found one at Palmetto Affordable Painting Services! Cavt Polite responded quickly to my call for an estimate. He came to my home the very day I called. After I showed him what I needed painted, he gave me a proposal on the spot . Cavt also worked with me on the scheduling of the work, giving me the date I requested for the work to begin. The painting crew arrived at the designated time and proceeded to move furniture, cover floors/furniture and started to work. My project turned out better than I expected. It has been about a year since Cav’t and his team came to paint the top half of my two story stairwell and I am as happy with the work today as the day it was completed. Cav’t is prompt, pleasant, and a great worker who takes pride in his career and makes sure that both parties are fully satisfied with the end result. Cav’t and his team member ended up painting not only the top half of the walls that I couldn’t reach but the entire area and fixed any obvious imperfections in the drywall, as well. If I ever need help painting again, I’ll be sure to call him first and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a painting service!

If I could give Cav’t and his crew 10 stars I would do it. They painted my entire downstairs trim, ceiling, walls and closets and did an excellent job. Their attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding. They take great pride in their work and it shows. Their work ethic is impeccable. Cav’t is easy to work with and his goal is for you to be completely happy with the final product. He is knowledgeable and honest so he will tell you the truth and not make excuses or tell you what you want to hear to get the job. My wife and I are total DIYers but painting while pregnant is something we decided to avoid. We got a few estimates and Palmetto Painting Service gave a good price and Mr. Polite was able to accommodate our busy schedule. Mr. Polite was very professional and did a great job at a fair price. The job was only 3 small rooms, but Mr. Polite put the same effort as if he was painting a whole house. Our nursery, laundry room and hallway are looking fantastic! There’s nothing worse than hiring a company to paint your house’s exterior and then wondering if they cut corners in the process. Even though he was booked up and couldn’t paint our house, we had been impressed by Mr. Polite’s knowledge, so we called him and described our concerns about the work another company was doing. He actually offered to drive all the way over and inspect the job for us right then, free of charge! He was just being a good guy, no strings attached. Mr. Polite displayed a real mastery of the details as he explained where the other company indeed had cut corners and then was kind enough to speak to them very diplomatically on our behalf, pointing out what was good but also what could’ve been done better. The other company’s owner respected what Mr. Polite said and agreed to make things right. Driving over mid-week and spending an hour+ of his time just to help a non-customer was the singular gesture of a first-class person. It should tell you everything about the type of company he runs. Photos of their work back it up. We will never forget Mr. Polite.

Mr. Polite is a dream to work with. Palmetto Quality Painting did a great job painting my townhouse. They painted a 3 bedroom two bath house, including kitchen cabinets and moulding in 8 days. They also stayed on schedule despite the New Year's Day holiday and a freak icy/snow day in Charleston. The paint job was beautiful. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and is truly professional. He did every detail with great care. And left the place cleaner than he found it. It was a great value. The caliber of skill is tops. Best painter I've ever used in my 70 years. That is an incredible compliment considering how picky I am.
