I needed good , quality, reasonably priced painting and I needed it quick...after reading other reviews I called Mr Polite and he was able to come out right away to give an estimate. His pricing was fair and comparable or lower than other local painters. He showed me pictures of some projects he had just completed and I was very impressed. The owner stayed in communication with me the whole time and was also so nice and courteous and showed that appreciated his clients business.So not only was he able to get the project completed quickly and in my time frame for my budgeted price but the work was excellent! It has been about a year since Cav’t and his team came to paint the top half of my two story stairwell and I am as happy with the work today as the day it was completed. Cav’t is prompt, pleasant, and a great worker who takes pride in his career and makes sure that both parties are fully satisfied with the end result. We bought a house in MtP sight unseen and Cavt worked with us long distance to estimate and coordinate the painting to start the day after closing, so helpful to get a head start on everything before we came to town. There’s nothing worse than hiring a company to paint your house’s exterior and then wondering if they cut corners in the process. Even though he was booked up and couldn’t paint our house, we had been impressed by Mr. Polite’s knowledge, so we called him and described our concerns about the work another company was doing. He actually offered to drive all the way over and inspect the job for us right then, free of charge! He was just being a good guy, no strings attached. Mr. Polite displayed a real mastery of the details as he explained where the other company indeed had cut corners and then was kind enough to speak to them very diplomatically on our behalf, pointing out what was good but also what could’ve been done better. The other company’s owner respected what Mr. Polite said and agreed to make things right. Driving over mid-week and spending an hour+ of his time just to help a non-customer was the singular gesture of a first-class person. It should tell you everything about the type of company he runs.
