Cavt Polite responded quickly to my call for an estimate. He came to my home the very day I called. After I showed him what I needed painted, he gave me a proposal on the spot . There’s nothing worse than hiring a company to paint your house’s exterior and then wondering if they cut corners in the process. Even though he was booked up and couldn’t paint our house, we had been impressed by Mr. Polite’s knowledge, so we called him and described our concerns about the work another company was doing. He actually offered to drive all the way over and inspect the job for us right then, free of charge! He was just being a good guy, no strings attached. Mr. Polite displayed a real mastery of the details as he explained where the other company indeed had cut corners and then was kind enough to speak to them very diplomatically on our behalf, pointing out what was good but also what could’ve been done better. The other company’s owner respected what Mr. Polite said and agreed to make things right. Finished my 1400sq house within 3 days and all at a very reasonable price. It has been about a year since Cav’t and his team came to paint the top half of my two story stairwell and I am as happy with the work today as the day it was completed. His pricing was fair and comparable or lower than other local painters. He showed me pictures of some projects he had just completed and I was very impressed.
