There’s nothing worse than hiring a company to paint your house’s exterior and then wondering if they cut corners in the process. Even though he was booked up and couldn’t paint our house, we had been impressed by Mr. Polite’s knowledge, so we called him and described our concerns about the work another company was doing. He actually offered to drive all the way over and inspect the job for us right then, free of charge! He was just being a good guy, no strings attached. Mr. Polite displayed a real mastery of the details as he explained where the other company indeed had cut corners and then was kind enough to speak to them very diplomatically on our behalf, pointing out what was good but also what could’ve been done better. The other company’s owner respected what Mr. Polite said and agreed to make things right. Cavt Polite responded quickly to my call for an estimate. He came to my home the very day I called. After I showed him what I needed painted, he gave me a proposal on the spot . Cavt also worked with me on the scheduling of the work, giving me the date I requested for the work to begin. Palmetto Quality Painting did a great job painting my townhouse. They painted a 3 bedroom two bath house, including kitchen cabinets and moulding in 8 days. They also stayed on schedule despite the New Year's Day holiday and a freak icy/snow day in Charleston. The paint job was beautiful.
